The Tranzparts customer ordering and reporting application (CORA) is the fruit of a two-year project led by our own digital team. With significant investment the software went live in Q3 2020 initially used by handful of our key accounts. Feedback has been positive with senior management at some of our largest customers praising its ease of use and the clarity it gives them of their parts ordering process.
