Christmas Delivery Notice

Please note that during the busy Christmas period, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. However, our couriers will do their utmost to ensure your items arrive on time.

• Orders placed between Monday, 23rd December 2024, and Thursday, 26th December 2024, will be dispatched on Monday, 30th December 2024.
• Orders placed between Tuesday, 30th December 2024, and Thursday, 2nd January 2025, will be dispatched on Friday, 3rd January 2025.

Tranzparts Trade Customers.

Trade customers in the North West benefit from same day delivery, there are no timed drops and we aim to delivery stock parts within 60 minutes. Some items are special order and may be delivered next day, your parts advisor will always inform you in advance if this is the case.

Tranzparts Online Customers.

If you make a purchase online your order will be shipped within 24 hours, with most orders being shipped the same day if ordered before 4:30pm. Standard delivery is within 3 working days. however, most orders and delivered next day with our courier DX.

Tracking numbers are available, and your order will be updated with this information once it has been shipped. If you require more information on an order that has been placed, you call 01772 349 612

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your order, if you item needs to be returned then please contact us on 01772 349 612 if it is an online order or 01772 698 788 if you are a trade customer and your order was placed over the phone. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

Warranty item.

If you are returning your item under warranty please ensure the item was purchased less than 12 months ago and fill out this form. You can then return the item to the address above. We will have the item inspected and come back to you with the report from the supplier. The supplier report will dictate the level of credit.
