A Frame and Torque Rod

Torque rods, also known as torque arms or radius rods, are mechanical components in the suspension system of a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) that help to control the rotation of the drive axles and keep the wheels in proper alignment. The torque rods are typically located between the frame of the vehicle and the drive axles, and they connect the drive axles to the frame, allowing them to rotate while also preventing them from moving too much.
